ABOUT THE ROLE
- ensure the smooth running of Palm Court, including Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea, to Conference and Banqueting events taking place in Palm Court
- demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
- lead a team that is genuine in delivering service excellence
- be operational and visible to the team
- assist with the achievement of departmental CSI results
- support the Departmental Trainer in conducting all on-the-job training for all colleagues to ensure all Company standards are adhered to
ABOUT YOU
- similar experience in a luxury 5* hotel
- passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service
- the ability to lead by example and motivate a strong team
- the ability to adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise
- confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
- good communication skills and a very good level of English
