PAM Development Team Lead
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive PAM Development Team Lead to join the global IAM Technology organisation. In this role, you will lead the Development function within the Privileged Access Management area, overseeing in‑house tooling, driving service improvements, and shaping the future of PAM technology across the bank. You will work closely with Engineering, SRE, architecture, audit, and senior stakeholders to ensure resilience, compliance, and continuous evolution of PAM services.

- 5+ years of experience in a Cyber Security development environment
- Strong knowledge of DevOps lifecycle management and automated release processes
- Proven experience delivering major service improvements for in‑house developed IT services, including stakeholder engagement
- 3+ years of people management experience, including goal setting and performance tracking
- Extensive experience working with internal and external audit, preparing walkthroughs, reports, and evidence
- Strong background in Agile, with previous experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Solid service ownership experience: crisis call handling, RCA, major change delivery without service impact, compliance maintenance
- Positive, relationship‑driven approach to stakeholder collaboration
• Engineering or development background in the Privileged Access Management domain
• Experience handling audit and compliance requests end‑to‑end
• Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
