PAM Security Specialist

We are looking for a PAM & Privileged Access Subject Matter Expert to support the implementation and optimization of privileged access management solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding of privileged accounts, systems and administrative users into PAM platforms.

• Support the implementation of password vaulting, credential rotation and secure access workflows.

• Configure and improve approval processes, session monitoring and session recording capabilities.

• Support the rollout of Just-in-Time and Just-Enough-Administration models.

• Help secure highly privileged identities, including domain-level and Tier-0 access.

• Work closely with Active Directory, Entra ID, infrastructure and security teams to align privileged access controls.

• Support the implementation of secure administration practices, including PAW and Zero Trust-related initiatives.

• Define and maintain PAM architecture standards, operating procedures and governance practices.

• Troubleshoot PAM integration issues and validate successful onboarding of new systems and users.

• Support disaster recovery, emergency access and break-glass processes.

• Prepare evidence for access reviews, audits and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, PAM or privileged access security.

• Strong hands-on experience with PAM solutions, preferably BeyondTrust.

• Good understanding of Active Directory security, Tier-0 protection and privileged identity management.

• Experience with Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.

• Knowledge of JIT/JEA administration models and privileged account governance.

• Experience in defining secure administration standards and access control processes.

• Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders across security, infrastructure and identity domains.

• Strong English communication skills, both technical and stakeholder-facing.
