We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pantry Route Supervisor to lead our pantry operations team and help deliver exceptional service across customer locations throughout the Greater Seattle area.
What You'll Do & Succeed Here
As our Pantry Route Supervisor, you'll lead daily pantry operations while ensuring customer locations remain fully stocked, organized, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience. You'll oversee Pantry Route Associates, support customer relationships, coordinate daily service activities, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect from Evergreen Refreshments.
Success in this role comes from being a proactive leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and taking ownership of both customer satisfaction and team performance. You'll spend time in the field supporting associates, visiting customer locations, ensuring operational excellence, and helping your team succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Pantry Route Associates to achieve service and performance goals
- Monitor route execution, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct ride-alongs, training, coaching, and performance discussions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Leadership teams to drive results
- Ensure customer pantry areas remain organized, stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Assist with scheduling, route coverage, staffing support, and operational planning
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability
- Promote workplace safety and compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, team lead, or employee coaching experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and leadership
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer, smartphone, and tablet proficiency
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tukwila facility
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in pantry services, vending, office coffee service, food service, hospitality, retail, distribution, logistics, or route operations
- Experience managing service routes, inventory, merchandising, or customer accounts
- Experience coaching and developing employees
- Warehouse, inventory management, or forklift experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Push carts, equipment, and loaded product safely
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing
- Work in warehouse, customer, and delivery environments
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment as required
