Par Time Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our warehouse and production shop. This is a part time role (25 hours per week). This position with work on: material handling, inventory organization, general shop upkeep, and assisting technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and parts.
• Pull parts and components for work orders and deliver them to appropriate technicians or bays.
• Maintain organized storage areas and shop supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Keep the shop and warehouse clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• Support production staff with general tasks such as prepping vehicles, moving parts, or disposing of packaging.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed (training provided).
• Help with loading and unloading of trucks or customer pickups.
• Follow company safety protocols and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or shop experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Basic understanding of tools and materials used in vehicle upfitting or general fabrication is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced production shop and warehouse environment.
• Occasional outdoor work may be required.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.
