• Until March: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM PST (Colombia: 11:30 AM – 08:00 PM)
• After March: 10:30 AM – 07:00 PM PST

About the Role

We are seeking a Paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation and ensure smooth case management across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Draft, format, and edit legal documents, including pleadings and discovery responses.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and organizing exhibits.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (+1 year) in personal injury law (California experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with case management software such as Clio (nice to have).
• Ability to adapt to different filing processes across jurisdictions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• English Level (C1)

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
