Paralegal

Litigation Paralegals work closely with senior-level attorneys and team members in managing litigation cases in a variety of practice areas that include criminal defense; medical malpractice; personal injury; probate, trust and estate planning; and workers’ compensation. This team player has a friendly, positive attitude and a high level of professionalism who will play a key supporting role to ensure our clients are well served.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Managing, organizing and facilitating complex litigation cases involving multiple parties and counsel
• Collecting, managing, organizing, and reviewing large volumes of discovery documents electronically
• Well-developed writing and research skills
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
• Applying both state and federal court rules of civil procedure
• Calculating, calendaring and tracking court deadlines, and coordinating the scheduling of depositions, mediations, hearings and trials
