- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred qualifications include a college or university degree; experience with corporate entity management, business licensing, UCC management, legal records, compliance, or financial transaction documentation; and familiarity with legal technology platforms such as DocuSign CLM or Insight, Salesforce or Service Cloud, Filevine, or SharePoint.
Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, system implementations, user acceptance testing, legal analytics, dashboards, reporting, or Power Automate is also an asset. Additional relevant experience includes supporting fleet, asset management, mobility, banking, financial services, or other operationally complex businesses, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives and providing guidance without formal authority.
