We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated PARALEGAL Virtual Assistants to join our team!
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of general virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, travel/flights/hotel bookings, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.
- At least 1 year of experience working for/with international law firms.
- Deep understanding of basic legal terminologies
- Adept in processing documents
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
- Experience in handling several CRMs.

- Above-average English communications skills
- Organized
- In-depth research abilities
HOME OFFICE SETUP REQUIREMENTS:
- Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
- Noise-canceling headset
- 50Mbps minimum internet speed
- PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
