What You’ll Be Doing- Critical yield calculations
- Writing suitability letters
- Processing pension transfers
- Using an AI powered workflow platform to manage pension transfer and technical tasks
- Providing technical support to advisers across a busy, collaborative practice
- 1–2 years’ paraplanning experience
- Confident with technical calculations and suitability writing
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
- Someone who enjoys working both independently and within a supportive team
- 1–3 days per week in the office (flexible once trained)
