PARAPROFESSIONAL - Anticipated Leave Replacement
The Oceanport Board of Education has an anticipated full-time paraprofessional position (29 hours per week) available effective approximately December 1, 2026, through April 18, 2027.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of two years of study at an institution of higher learning or an associate's degree (or higher) preferred
- Meeting a rigorous standard of quality that demonstrates, through aformal assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in reading,writing, and mathematics instruction or reading, writing, andmathematics readiness
- Praxis Certification preferred
Hourly Rate: $25.34 – $25.94 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Benefits: This position does not include health insurance. Employees are entitled to sick, personal, and family illness days.
