Parcel Delivery Driver on route (M/F/X) In our logistics network, we are looking for people who enjoy driving, feel comfortable working autonomously, and want a clear, stable, and uncomplicated workday. Here, every day has its organized route, with less stress than in the city and with the support of the team when you need it. Responsibilities Load the van at the Valle de Trápaga logistics center with the optimized route for the day. Perform parcel delivery efficiently, safely, and respecting the route order. Drive through nearby towns, prioritizing calm driving and a careful delivery experience. Manage your deliveries at your own pace, with real autonomy and without constant supervision. Coordinate with the team in case of incidents (failed deliveries, route incidents, or operational needs). Respect handling and delivery procedures to guarantee correct traceability. Skills and qualifications At least 1 year of experience with a driver's license and having 8 points or more. Availability to train and start immediately. Organizational capacity to follow the route and meet times without the need for continuous supervision. A responsible, proactive attitude oriented toward service quality. Commitment to road safety and vehicle care during the workday. Daily availability to travel to the Valle de Trápaga logistics center (having your own means of transport is recommended). Desirable: previous experience in delivery or customer service (not essential). Job conditions: 38-hour weekly workday, morning shift starting approximately at 10:00h, with no split shifts or night shifts. Routes in rural or semi-urban areas, with less urban traffic. Salary: €12.13/hour gross, paid per hour worked. Initial monthly contract with the option of continuity based on performance.
