- Superior guest service skills required.
- Must be proficient in the operation of the cashier window locations.
- Counts and organizes gaming chips to be exchanged for cash. Verifies all funds at the beginning and end of each shift
- Responsible for accurate completion of required forms.
- Interacts with customers and is always pleasant and professional while being efficient and effective.
- Assists in the training and development of fellow cashiers.
- Ensures that all bank and window openings/closings are performed accurately, expeditiously and smoothly.
- Prepares currency transactions reports and suspicious activity reports to ensure compliance with Federal Regulation.
- Ensures that key control procedures are adhered to.
- All other duties assigned.
