- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic before, during, and after events.
- Guide vehicles safely into designated parking areas.
- Assist guests with directions, parking information, and event-related questions.
- Support parking transaction processing and vehicle flow at entry and exit locations.
- Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service at all times.
- Monitor parking areas and event grounds for safety concerns or operational issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and event personnel.
- Follow all company policies, site procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist with crowd management and traffic control as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or customer concerns immediately to management.
- Perform additional event support duties as assigned.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent ABM positively throughout all events.
- Must be available to work NIGHTS and WEEKENDS
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Preferred:
• One (1) year of similar experience preferred
