Job Description

• Sales parts, service & attachments, lubricants, provision part
• customer service & relation management
• Handle customer complaint management
• Customer inquiry and communication
• payment collection
• produce report according to line management
• follow line management instructions.
• communication across all customer and other related original equipment.

Job requirement

• Aiming to complete sales target that set by line manager.
• Bachelor's degree of Sales & Marketing machinery of engineer.
• 1-2 years experience relate to field.
• Strong Commitment and flexible for solving problem.
• Good communication in English.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Be able to travel.
