About Us

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Singapore office. This role supports both corporate secretarial and accounting functions and offers valuable exposure to international business operations in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise internal teams across offices regarding payment instructions, documentation, and project coordination.
  • Maintain statutory registers and company records, including share certificates, seals, and confidential documentation.
  • Assist in company incorporations, drafting resolutions, and filing of annual returns with relevant authorities.
  • Conduct due diligence and compliance checks in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., KYC/AML).
  • Digitize and maintain both hard and soft copies of corporate secretarial records using the in-house system.
  • Organize and scan bank statements and advices for accounting documentation.
  • Handle general office administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate secretarial firm or law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in due diligence and compliance (KYC/AML) is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
