Job Summary
You will manage accounts receivables and financial transactions, reconcile ledgers, resolve billing issues, support event registration, and assist with general office administration to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Verify, post, and record accounts receivables data daily to maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer billing to maintain accurate accounts
- Prepare cash book and bank reconciliation statements to support financial accuracy
- Organise and maintain filing systems and perform ad hoc duties to support office operations
- Assist with event registration administration and membership management to facilitate smooth event execution
- Support general office administration and maintenance to ensure efficient workplace functioning
Required competencies and certifications
- GCE “O” Level or Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivables, invoicing, or bookkeeping
- Ability to work independently and apply problem-solving skills effectively
- Responsible work attitude with the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of AutoCount software
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to collaborate with team members and customers
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment with positive energy and meticulous attention to detail
