Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator with an engineering, architecture, or construction background to support our growing engineering team. This role involves administrative support, invoicing, quality control, and project tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle recurring monthly invoicing (hourly and contract-based)
- Process payroll for employees and contractors
- Prepare and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Manage and maintain Asana for project coordination
- Oversee project management and tracking using Asana, Monday, or similar tools
- Perform quality control with strong attention to detail and solid command of English gramm
Requirements
- Engineering, architecture, or construction background required
- Proven experience in invoicing and administrative support
- High attention to detail, grammar, and quality control
- Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Availability for weekly Monday meetings at 9:30 a.m. EST
