Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, organised, and creative Administrative & Social Media Executive to support our client servicing operations and strengthen our company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in content creation and event promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Coordinate and schedule clients' annual policy reviews.
- Arrange and follow up on clients' medical reviews and appointments.
- Process clients' requests for change of address, contact details, and other policy servicing matters.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Liaise with clients and relevant service providers to ensure timely completion of administrative requests.
- Handle client enquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office administrative duties.
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Social Media & Marketing Duties
- Create and manage content for the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Capture photos and videos during company events, client appreciation events, seminars, and holiday incentive trips.
- Design engaging social media posts, reels, and stories to showcase company activities and achievements.
- Plan and schedule social media content to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Write creative captions and ensure content aligns with the company's branding.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or enquiries on social media platforms where appropriate.
- Assist in organising and promoting company events, workshops, and client appreciation activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or social media management is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other basic photo and video editing applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
