Job Summary

You will provide attentive customer service during evening and public holiday shifts, managing walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and messages while supporting appointment scheduling. As these hours are outside our chiropractors' operating hours, the clinic is generally expected to be quiet during this period.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to walk-in enquiries to ensure positive customer experiences
• Answer phone calls and messages accurately to provide timely information and assistance
• Assist with managing appointment schedules to support clinic operations during off-hours
• Collaborate with team members to hand over enquiries and follow-up matters clearly and efficiently

Requirements

• able to work Friday - Sunday 5.30pm-8.30pm and/ or some Public Holidays
• preferably long term role but doesn't have to be available for all Friday - Sunday and Public Holidays
