Pay: $17.50 – $20.69/hourCNA Premium: Additional $0.75/hour for CNA certificationClassification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)Schedule: Part-Time | AM Shift | 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the AM shift.

What You’ll Do
Assist residents with morning routines, including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident’s individual service plan
Support residents with meals and other daily activities
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior
Maintain accurate documentation as required
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the Touchmark team
What We’re Looking For
A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults
Dependability and a strong commitment to attendance
Compassion, patience, and professionalism
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide personal care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
CNA certification is preferred but not required
Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare experience is preferred
