The Part-Time Auction Customer Service Representative provides customer support to dealers, buyers, and auction participants during auction operations. This role assists with transaction inquiries, processes auction paperwork, answers customer questions, and works with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Work Schedule for Part-time Auction Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)

• Tuesday only each week (Sale Day)
• 8:00am - 9:00pm
• Not seasonal or temporary (Ongoing)

Rewards for Part-time Auction Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities for Part-time Auction Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)

• Assist customers with auction, account, and transaction-related questions.
• Process vehicle sale documents, payments, and transaction records.
• Provide information on auction procedures, policies, and requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support dealer check-in and customer service activities on sale day.
• Coordinate with Title, Registration, Transportation, and Accounting teams to resolve routine issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Escalate complex concerns to management when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
