Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Barista to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
