The Role
We are hiring Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to represent Trilliant Collective on the ground - collecting customer feedback through surveys and building awareness of our brand at events, activations and partner locations.

What You Will Do
- Conduct customer surveys on site at events, public areas and partner locations, and online.
- Engage members of the public and explain what Trilliant Collective offers.
- Distribute flyers, samples and promotional materials at assigned locations.
- Represent the brand at events, pop-ups and activations.
- Capture photos and short video clips for social media (training provided).
- Record and submit accurate survey responses and engagement reports.
- Feed customer reactions and suggestions back to the marketing team.

What You Need
- No prior experience required - full training is provided.
- Confident verbal communication in English; additional languages an advantage.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with members of the public.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to use a smartphone for survey collection and content capture.

Working Arrangement
- Part-time, approximately 12 to 15 hours per week.
- Flexi-hours, including some weekends and evenings.
- Hourly rate: S$15.
- Locations across Singapore.
