Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during events.
Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times.
Anything additional asked of you by our head chef.
Execution of off site cooking for events.
