Part Time Clinic Assistant

Regular Part-Time Clinic Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a committed and reliable Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our GP / Family Medicine clinic team.

This position is suitable for someone who has prior clinic experience and is able to commit to regular shifts. We are looking for a team member who is responsible, punctual, organized, and comfortable working in a patient-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be assisting with the day-to-day running of the clinic, including:

Patient registration and queue management
Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries
Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
Dispensing medication accurately
Assisting the doctor during clinic sessions when required
Processing CHAS, Medisave, TPA and other clinic claims
Assisting with basic clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser treatment
Managing payment collection and basic administrative duties
Keeping the clinic area clean, organised and ready for operations
Supporting smooth clinic flow and providing good patient service

Requirements

Prior experience in a GP / Family Medicine clinic is preferred
Able to communicate well with patients
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
Able to work independently once trained
Comfortable with front desk, dispensing and claims-related duties
Able to commit to regular fixed shifts

Clinic Operating Hours

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 1.30pm / 6.30pm – 9.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
Sunday: 6.00pm – 9.00pm

Pay

$10 – $15 per hour, depending on experience, availability and suitability.
