Schedule
Saturdays 10:30pm-8:00pm
Sundays 10:00am-7:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and routing phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greeting members and guests by name and assisting with inquiries or requests
- Taking dining reservations, managing floor plans, and tracking reservations through an automated reservation system
- Providing administrative support for club events and activities
- Assisting with general front office and member services tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a strong commitment to member service
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service required; food & beverage experience and POS system knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer-based systems and learning new technology
