About SALMON Health and Retirement:

For more than 70 years, SALMON Health and Retirement has proudly served Massachusetts families as a family-owned and operated organization committed to exceptional care, meaningful relationships, and a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

What Makes SALMON Health and Retirement Unique:

Our Natick campus is home to three exceptional programs that serve individuals and families across generations: Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, and the SALMON Center for Early Education. Together, these programs create a one-of-a-kind community where compassion, collaboration, and connection are part of everyday life.

As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents while working alongside nurses, recreation staff, dining services, and other dedicated professionals who share a common goal of helping residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

Your Mission:

At Whitney Place, our caregivers do more than assist with daily tasks—they build meaningful relationships that help residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.

As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care while supporting residents with activities of daily living, encouraging independence, and creating moments of comfort and connection throughout the day.
