Schedule & Availability
We’re hiring part-time daytime Team Members who can work shifts such as 6 AM–2 PM and 8 AM–4 PM, along with other daytime shift options as needed. Team Members must be available on a variety of weekdays and generally available on
Friday and Saturday.
We’re looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest people who enjoy being part of a positive team.
What You’ll Do
Team Members support both our Front of House and Back of House operations. You’ll learn multiple tasks and help deliver a great experience for every guest.
Front of House (FOH)
Welcome and greet guests
Take and deliver customer orders through the front counter or drive-thru
Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room
Follow health and sanitation guidelines
Help ensure each guest leaves with a smile
Back of House (BOH)
Support the kitchen team
Prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately
Follow food safety and quality procedures
Help ensure each guest leaves with a smile
We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Successful Team Members bring a positive attitude, show up with integrity, and deliver 2nd-mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to be in contact with all food, drink, and general products within the restaurant.
About
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
