REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department at our corporate office in Wilmington NC. Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our fulfillment team helps ensure every customer receives the correct order beautifully wrapped and presented. This is a full-time position, and specific hours can be flexible. Let us know what works best for you.
This position is located onsite at our corporate headquarters in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC. Wilmington offers historic coastal charm, a vibrant downtown, and a rapidly expanding population. Basic Duties
- Processing internet orders including, but not limited to; product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
- Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
- Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
- Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
- Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
- Computer Proficient; Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
- Goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
- GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
