Packing & Logistics
Pack and label props, décor and event materials carefully for transportation.
Prepare loading and unloading plans and ensure items are packed safely and efficiently.
Coordinate and assist with deliveries, collections and transportation of event materials.

This is a part-time role with flexible and variable working hours based on the event schedule.
Candidates must be comfortable with:
Weekday preparation and logistics work
Evening events and installations
Weekend events
Early morning or late-night set-ups/teardowns when required
Working hours that may vary from week to week depending on the event calendar
Advance schedules will be provided whenever possible; however, flexibility is important due to the nature of the events industry.
What We're Looking For
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Practical and willing to take on hands-on tasks
Comfortable working in a warehouse/storage environment as well as at event venues

Able to work efficiently under time pressure, particularly during event set-ups and turnarounds
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to follow packing lists, event plans and instructions accurately
Takes pride in keeping inventory, props and work areas organised and well maintained

Previous experience in events, hospitality, logistics, visual merchandising, retail operations, production or inventory management would be advantageous, but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude, reliability and organisational skills.
The Role Would Suit Someone Who
Enjoys the operational side of events and understands that successful events depend just as much on what happens before and after the event as what happens on-site. You should enjoy organising, preparing, problem-solving and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for flexible part-time work while gaining hands-on experience across event operations, styling, logistics and production.
