Since communication is key in a fast-paced/high volume practice, applicants are required to share knowledge and pass information quickly and effectively—all to promote a fluid work environment. One of the most important functions of EFDAs in our practice is performing fillings with extreme accuracy and with high efficiency. Although speed is very important for this job, the quality of the work and the customer service that accompanies it are equality important.
