Job Summary

You will serve customers in a hotel restaurant by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience during flexible lunch, dinner, or full-day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations throughout shifts
• Follow health and safety standards to provide a safe dining environment
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules including lunch, dinner, or full-day shifts as needed
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations and guest service
