Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Accurately take food and beverage orders to ensure correct and timely service delivery
- Serve food and beverages following established service standards to maintain quality and consistency
- Respond promptly and clearly to guest enquiries about menu items and promotions to support informed choices
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards
- Follow food hygiene and workplace safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily restaurant operations and efficient service flow
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager to meet operational needs
