Bethesda Physical Therapy seeks a highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized individual to serve as a key counterpart to our Office Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.
This part-time Front Desk Admin position requires a passion for precision and a knack for leveraging technology to optimize clinic workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to creating a positive and seamless patient experience while contributing to a well-organized and effectively run clinic.
What You’ll Do (Supporting the Office Manager):
- Execute precise front desk operations, ensuring a consistently positive and seamless patient experience.
- Contribute to the optimization of daily clinic workflows, maintaining meticulously organized schedules and efficient processes.
- Provide expert-level customer service, proactively addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient intake paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate prior to appointments.
- Process payments with precision, managing self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Healthcare experience in providing exceptional customer service with a demonstrated passion for patient care.
- Aptitude for technology and a demonstrated ability to quickly master new systems, including scheduling and EMR software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail in all tasks.
