• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1 Opening)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1 Opening)

Position Summary

Guardian Bikes is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associates to support warehouse and shipping operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to meeting quality and productivity standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Label, package, and stage shipments for carrier pickup
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) functions as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse and fulfillment areas
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including periodically cleaning restrooms and breakroom areas
• Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and quality standards
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipment issues to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to learn and operate basic warehouse management system (WMS) functions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and may be exposed to varying temperatures, equipment noise, and moving machinery. Appropriate safety equipment must be worn when required.
