Part time Handyman
Summary
On-site part-time technician maintains condo facilities, performs inspections, troubleshoots issues, and responds to resident feedback under MCST management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Faber Garden Condominium (MCST 1047) is a development with 236 residential units. It is currently looking for a Part Time Property Executive to be deployed on site, to ensure the smooth daily operations of the equipment and facilities in the estate. The Technician is employed directly under the MCST of the condominium.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.
- To repair, replace, maintain lights and other facilities.
- Conduct regular inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective actions to ensure the smooth and safe operations of the estate.
- Attend to feedback by residents, take remedial actions or recommend course of action for facilities and to the Condominium Manager.
- Any assignments directed by the Management.
- Work with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.
Requirements:
- Part timers and seniors are welcome.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills.
- Able to use a computer and email.
Working Hours :
Negotiable. Option of 5 mornings from Monday to Friday or 3 Full days a week.
