Part-Time Hanger/Sorter
Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Hanger/Sorter to join our Business Services team in Iron Mountain, MI.
Position responsibilities include:
- Sorting donations and checking for quality defects such as tears, stains, etc.
- Remaining up-to-date on merchandise knowledge, particularly boutique brands
- Light cleaning and organizing
- Hanging apparel and linens onto sales racks
- Barbing items with appropriate pricing tags
- Manufacture and assemble raw material into complete product
- Responsible for meeting production goals
- Responsible for quality assurance according to specifications
- Ability to operate hand trucks, electric truck, and forklift.
Minimum and preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of name-brand clothing and/or accessories preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be willing to occasionally work Saturday mornings and some holidays.
