Schedule: Early Morning Shift (e.g., 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Cleaner to join our facilities team. This role is essential in ensuring our members arrive to a pristine and welcoming environment every morning. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates well independently, and understands the high standards of a premier private club.

Key Responsibilities

• Morning Preparation: Execute a comprehensive cleaning checklist to ensure all common areas, dining rooms, and locker rooms are tour-ready before membership arrival.
• Surface Care: Dust, polish, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum various flooring types, including hardwood, tile, and high-end carpeting.
• Restroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect restrooms throughout the clubhouse and replenish all paper products and soaps.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring all liners are replaced and disposal areas are kept tidy.
• Glass & Entryways: Clean interior glass, mirrors, and entryway doors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
• Supply Management: Monitor cleaning inventory and notify management when supplies need to be restocked.
