Compensation: Earn $25-$35/hour plus uncapped commissions and spiffs. Part time technicians can make an additional $500-$1,500+ per week.
Sign-On Bonus: We’re offering a sign-on bonus package UP TO $1,000 designed to make your transition as smooth as possible.
What You Will Do:
- Serve the Community: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair homeowners’ HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Care: Keep customers informed about the work being done, timelines, and processes.
- Skillful Problem Solving: Diagnose HVAC issues and execute repairs with customer approval.
- Dependability: Maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Educate customers on completed work, answer their questions, and provide recommendations.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in team meetings and training to enhance your skills and technical knowledge.
