Job Title: Part-Time Kitchen Assistant (East)
Job Hours: 4 Days, 7am to 4pm
Job Location: Bedok

The Opportunity:

• Suitable for candidates with basic local food preparation or kitchen experience
• Hands-on role covering food preparation and daily kitchen operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of local food
• Prepare and cut vegetables
• Marinate meat and other ingredients as required
• Assist with general food preparation duties
• Clean kitchen floors and work areas
• Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
• Support other kitchen duties as required during daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of local food preparation
• Prior kitchen, catering, food preparation or F&B experience will be advantageous
• Comfortable handling food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification will be advantageous
• Candidates who do not currently hold Food Safety Level 1 certification must be willing to obtain it
