Part Time - Locum Case Manager $24/hr (6 Months Contract) #NKC

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Tuesday, Wednesday &Thursday, 3 days per week)

Duration: 6-months

Salary: $24 per hour

We are looking for a Locum Case Manager to support the health and wellbeing of students in University. The successful candidate will provide case management and mental health support, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students receive appropriate care and access to available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case management support for students requiring wellbeing and mental health assistance.
• Conduct mental health screenings and needs assessments to identify appropriate support services.
• Perform triage by assessing students' needs and referring them to relevant internal or external resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students experiencing acute mental health concerns.
• Educate students on available mental health and wellbeing services within.
• Advocate for students' mental health needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
