Part Time Maintenance Custodian

PURPOSE: To provide for custodial/maintenance needs to all Borough owned properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Observe safe working conditions
- Mop and/or vacuum floors and carpets
- Sweep / mop stairways and landing
- Fill dispensers (towel and soap)
- Empty waste cands
- Disinfect and wipe table tops, doorjambs, door hardware
- Dust windowsills, counter tops, ceiling and art
- clean and dust light fixtures
- Replace lightbulbs as needed
- Perform minor maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
