Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Put Your Skills to Work. Make a Difference Where People Live.

Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team!

At PCHA, maintenance is about more than fixing things. Our Maintenance Technicians help create safe, welcoming, well-maintained homes for the residents and families we serve. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable housing and improve the lives of residents, and every member of our team plays a part in making that happen.

What You’ll Do

• Painting unit interiors, exteriors, and common areas
• Completing assigned work orders and obtaining necessary materials and supplies
• Installing equipment according to instructions, codes, and safe work practices
• Assisting with property and grounds upkeep as needed
• Performing general clean-up and janitorial duties
• Moving equipment, materials, and other large or bulky items
• Helping maintain tools and equipment
