Part-Time Manager Lime Ridge Mall

• Shift Leadership: Act as the Manager on Duty to open and close the store, arm or disarm alarms, and manage daily store operations independently.
• Sales & Coaching: Drive shift KPIs, model selling behaviors, and coach sales associates in real-time to increase product attachment rates.
• Piercing Excellence: Complete company training to become a certified Ear Piercing Specialist, performing safe, sterile piercings and managing pediatric consultations.
• Cash Handling: Open and close registers, count cash drawers, handle returns or exchanges, and maintain financial accuracy.
• Store Visuals: Process incoming inventory shipments, execute promotional campaigns, and keep product displays organized and "Insta-worthy".

• Education & Experience: Some high school completion and at least one year of retail experience(prior sales or leadership exposure preferred).
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts, climb ladders or stools, and lift/maneuver 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
• Skills: Strong communication, math proficiency for cash handling, and comfort operating a standard POS terminal.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Available weekends and some weekdays 10-20 hours
