STAR HILL Family Athletic Center- Part-time Manager on Duty
We are looking for a part – time seasonal Manager on Duty to create exceptional experiences for our members, event participants and guests. You will be responsible for operations of the facility and dome to ensure the evening and weekend experience and safety of all participants.
Responsibilities:
- Hour by hour walk throughs to inspect the facility and behavior of participants and guests by following the check list provided
- Ability to answer facility questions
- Interact with coaches, members and guests
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all participants and effectively resolve issues
- Ensure gym, dome and cafe systems and processes are followed
- Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated
- Ability to follow directions
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work 5 PM to close Monday thru Friday
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours
