BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family-style Assisted Living and Memory Care community! 💛

🕒 POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Part-Time / PRN CMA or CNA

• Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

💛 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Assist with toileting, repositioning, and incontinence care.

• CMA ONLY: Administer medications as authorized and in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable Oklahoma state regulations.

• Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Complete required 2-hour resident checks and changes.

• Follow the night shift resident get-up list, ensuring residents are assisted with their morning routines as scheduled.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.

• Accurately document resident care and promptly report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing (DON).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

• Work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional resident care.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Oklahoma CMA or CNA certification required.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.

• Attend mandatory in-house in-service training sessions to support quality resident care, ongoing staff education, and compliance with facility policies and procedures.

• Dependable, reliable, and committed to providing quality care.

• Experience in assisted living, dementia care, or memory care is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
