Caring Senior Service is seeking a compassionate, dependable part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support seniors, caregivers, and families in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and reassessments as appropriate.
• Develop and review individualized care plans.
• Perform supervisory visits and evaluate caregiver performance.
• Monitor clients’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and education to caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN or LPN license.
• Home care, senior care, or related nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented.
