Weekends are often the busiest time for family visits, and at Tolka Valley Nursing Home, part of Ethos Care, we want every visitor to feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

As we prepare to open our brand-new home, we're looking for a friendly, organised and approachable Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Tolka Valley every Saturday and Sunday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming residents, families and visitors

• Managing calls, emails and general enquiries

• Keeping the reception area welcoming and organised

• Handling post, deliveries and appointments

• Maintaining visitor records and supporting access procedures

• Assisting with general administration and weekend operations

• Helping residents and families with everyday queries

About You

• A warm, professional and approachable manner

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Previous reception or administration experience is desirable

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• A helpful attitude and genuine respect for older people

• Legal right to work in Ireland

• Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
