Part-Time Office Assistant – Pool Division

ICI Homes, Florida's Custom Home Builder, is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our Pool Division.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enjoy working with customers, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting the daily operations of our Pool Division.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, inspections, and other project-related activities.
• Coordinate communication between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with data entry, reports, and general administrative duties.
• Support the Pool Division team with day-to-day operational needs.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and requests.
• Help maintain organized workflows to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous office administration, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
